Dear Donors,

With great joy and hope, on March 29, 2025, in Kraków, we launched our most important project yet – “Meters of Happiness.” This initiative is dedicated to the construction of a brand-new Rehabilitation Center for the beneficiaries of the Help Furaha Foundation – children with cerebral palsy, autism, and Down syndrome. Below is a slide summarizing in a nutshell the actions we have taken so far, all aimed at building this new Center.

The goal of the “Meters of Happiness” project is to invite you – our cherished Donors and Sponsors – to take part in funding the rooms of this modern Rehabilitation Center. Each square meter costs 2000 PLN. We warmly encourage entrepreneurs, corporations, communities, groups of friends, families, individuals – everyone with a generous heart – to join the project and help bring this noble dream to life. We have no doubt that, with the help of compassionate people like you, this special Monument of Happiness – Furaha – will be built. And it will exist for children from all over the world with cerebral palsy, autism, and Down syndrome.

Dear friends,

The Help Furaha Foundation took part in a wonderful event of our strategic partner – DuoLife SA – LDS in Krakow from 28-30.03.2025, where the “Happiness in Meters” Project for the newly established Furaha Center was inaugurated. This project was met with great interest by participants and leaders of our Partner DuoLife S.A., which makes us very happy

Many of them, together with the communities they create, have declared to finance several rooms, and some have already paid the entire declared amount to our Foundation’s account. Each m2 is only PLN 2,000. We encourage entrepreneurs, corporations, communities and individuals to join us and make our dream come true. We have no doubt that with the participation of people with incredibly empathetic hearts, this unique Monument of Happiness, or Furaha, will be created – for children with cerebral palsy, autism, Down Syndrome from all over the world.

On August 13, 2024, we will solemnly inaugurate our project ‘BUY A BRICK – Let’s build a Rehabilitation Center in Kenya together‘ and a fundraiser for the Construction of the Monument of Happiness in Kenya. The author of the project is Marek Krakus, Founder and President of the Help Furaha Foundation. The enormous vision of the Furaha Monument was born in his heart several years ago, and is now being realized. It is thanks to your small donations that we will achieve our goal and help thousands of children with cerebral palsy, autism spectrum and Down syndrome.

A REAL POWER PUNCH! EXPEDITION TO KILIMANJARO 2023 IT’S TIME TO START!

Only a few days (July 10, 2023) separate us from the beginning of the expedition of four of our wonderful friends of Furah: Krzysztof Drabik, Maggy Ankowska, Krzysztof Drobna, Paweł Kalbarczyk, who will climb the Roof of Africa -> Kilimanjaro. The originator of the project – Krzysztof Drabik – also wants to do something that no one else has done yet -> he wants to walk the entire route juggling bottles. They will have to cover about 50 km, with an elevation gain of over 4,000 meters. The collected funds, supporting this unique expedition, will help start the construction of the Rehabilitation Center in Kenya, which is our great dream. After all, every child has the right to a dignified life, food, fun, joy, and therapeutic help. Especially children with cerebral palsy, and on the autism spectrum, Down syndrome and other neurological diseases. We want to be pioneers in this extraordinary fight against stigma and discrimination.

III RALLY FOR HAPPINESS HELP FURAHA

The Help Furaha Foundation cordially invites you to the THIRD edition of the charity “RALLY FOR HAPPINESS”!!!

Just like last year, give us a virtual “five” and take part in a unique, noble and sporting event for health We’re organizing the rally to raise money for the children in our care – children with cerebral palsy and autism in Kenya

Time is not the most important thing here, it’s the INTENTION that counts, namely…. helping children in need

Where: You choose the starting place yourself

When: The distance must be covered from 01.04. – May 31, 2023

Choice of: Run 5 km / Bike 7 km / Nordic Walking 4 km

The culmination of the event will take place on May 13, 2023 during the 3rd World Furaha Day!

Each participant will receive a package with a MEDAL, specially prepared for this occasion. It will not only be an expression of our gratitude for your support, but also a unique keepsake for years and a special addition to your medal collection.

We’d like to tell you all about another noble CHARITY CAMPAIGN entitled “Walruses for Africa” - as always, an action to help extraordinary children -> with all money raised going to the Help Furaha Foundation.

The action had been initiated by Radomskie Morsy with Furaszka and Help Furaha Coordinators – Marek Gierszewski and Ania Czajkowska – at the helm. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN ALL THE COLD EATER SWIMMERS OF THE WORLD !!!

To join the action, all you need to do is:

Dear Friends,

13 May 2022 – II International Furaha Day has taken place…. And it was simply amazing!

It is a special joyful festival for all friends, donors and supporters of the Help Furaha Foundation who strongly support the Kenya Rehabilitation Center on a daily basis.

At 1 p.m. we connected with Furaszki from all over the world, at 1:13 pm, a special event was broadcast from the marina in Giżycko; the Baptism of a yacht called “Furaha”, owned by one of our Furashki, a participant of the Cycling for Water Action – ‘By bike to the Equator in Kenya’ – Andrzej Strzadała. Bogusia Skupin, who also participated in the above mentioned Kenyan expedition, became the godmother of the “Furaha” yacht.

Thank you very much for your participation in this great event for Furaha, which was held for the second time.

Moreover, we also connected directly to the Furaha Center in Kenya, the Help Furaha Foundation in Italy and the UK, wonderful!

Let us do good things together from heart to heart…. UBUNTU!

What an amazing weekend!

Our foundation Help Furaha was present at an international event ‘Today for Tomorrow’ on 09-10.04.2022 in the Arena in Gliwice with the company DuoLife S.A.

DuoLife S.A. as a strategic partner of the Foundation, is helping share the Happiness Virus, i.e. FURAHA, beautifully, but most importantly it strongly supports our Foundation on a daily basis

Furahas team proudly represented the mission and vision of the founder of the Marek Krakus Foundation, who was present online in the event last weekend – thank you, dear friends, for this hard time spent together!

Federica Boi, the founder of Help Furaha Italia, was also with us, and she brought with her some souvenirs of some wonderful handmade gadgets – grazie mille Fefe!

We would like to thank all the Donors who visited our colourful African stall and supported the Foundation from the heart.

We hope that the souvenirs you have acquired will serve to remind you of the noble goal of Building a Modern Rehabilitation Center in Kenya. There the beneficiaries of the organization with their parents and guardians, as well as children in need from all over the world, will have access to professional care, rehabilitation, have a sense of security and acceptance and be given the decent conditions they deserve.
